Ingredients

WunderBasket organic-black-chia-seeds

1 cup plain greek yogurt

half cup of vanilla Almond milk

5 to 6 strawberries

1 cup blueberries

half a cup raspberries

half a cup blackberries

  • Mix a cup of greek yogurt with half a cup of almond milk.
  • Mix three to four tablespoon of chia seeds into the mixture and keep it into refrigerator overnight.
  • Next morning, add your choice of berries.
  • Your perfectly balanced, healthy breakfast is ready.
