Ingredients

1 cup of blueberries

1 banana

2 cup of vanilla almond milk

  • Take two tablespoon of chia seeds and mix it in the almond milk. Refrigerate it overnight.
  • Blend one banana with a cup of blueberries and one cup of almond milk.
  • Mix the overnight chia seeds into smoothie.
